Exchange Through the Telegram Bot
Buy or sell USDT for cash at the Moscow office: create a request in the bot in one minute and receive the address and visitor pass details.
What the Bot Is For
The exchange bot lets you buy or sell USDT for cash rubles at the ABCEX office in Moscow. You create a request in Telegram in one minute, then exchange the funds in person at the cash desk.
The bot shows buy and sell rates on the main screen before you create a request.
How to create a request
- Open the bot @abcex_exchange_bot and click “Start”.
- Click Exchange to open the widget and confirm with OK.
- Select "Buy USDT" or "Sell USDT".
- Fill in the fields and indicate the amount.
- Review the terms and confirm your request.
- The bot will send the request number, details, and directions to the office.
Amounts and limits
- Buying USDT with rubles — From 5,000 ₽ to 1 billion ₽. The amount must be divisible by 1,000 because the cash desk accepts 1,000, 2,000, and 5,000-ruble banknotes. Values below the minimum or not divisible by 1,000 are highlighted in red.
- Selling USDT for rubles — From 300 USDT to 100,000 USDT.
- Time to transfer USDT — When selling, the bot provides a wallet address. Transfer USDT within 30 minutes, after which the address expires. If you do not receive a credit confirmation, contact support.
- Purchase request lifetime — If the request is not processed, it is canceled after 6 hours. You can create a new one at any time.
How to get to the office
After you create a request, the bot sends everything needed for the visit: request number, amount, name on the visitor pass, and address.
- Address — 12 Presnenskaya Embankment, Moscow City, Federation Tower East, 16th floor.
- Where to collect a pass — At reception: on level −1 from 08:00 to 19:00, and on the ground floor from 19:00 to 08:00.
- What to bring — A passport or driver's license.
Entrance to the elevator area is only with a pass. Don't forget to return it when you leave.
The bot's message contains a link "Video on how to get to the office" - if you are traveling for the first time, take a look: the tower is large, and it is not easy to find the right entrance the first time.
Request history and statuses
All your orders can be seen in the "History" section - with filters by type (purchase or sale) and status.
- Created — The request has been submitted and is waiting to be processed.
- Processing — The request has been accepted for processing.
- Completed — The exchange is complete.
- Canceled / Rejected — The request was not completed, for example because it expired or was rejected. Contact support if the reason is unclear.
Frequently asked questions
The purchase amount must be divisible by 1,000: at the cash desk they only accept bills in denominations of 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 rubles, so there is no change. Enter 5,000 or 6,000.
The address is valid for 30 minutes. If you sent the transfer later and did not receive a credit confirmation, immediately contact @ABCEX_TechSupport with the transaction hash.
An unprocessed purchase order will be canceled automatically after 6 hours. Just create a new one when you're ready.
