Transfers Between Accounts

Trading, Deposits, Referral, Overdraft, and P2P are separate accounts. Funds move between them instantly with no fee.

Why There Are Five Accounts

Inside the exchange, money moves freely between five accounts:

  • Trading — A single account for both spot and futures trading;
  • Deposits — deposits are credited here, and withdrawals are made from here;
  • Referral — referral bonuses and maker rebates are credited here;
  • Overdraft — Used for transactions with borrowed funds;
  • P2P — Used for transactions with other users.

You can trade only from your Trading account. Funds credited to Deposits or accumulated in Referral must first be transferred to Trading.

A transfer between your accounts is an internal operation. It does not use the blockchain, completes instantly, and requires no confirmation code.

How to make a transfer

  1. Open the “Assets” section and click “Transfer”. The same can be done by clicking on the asset and selecting “Transfer” in the window that opens.

  2. Select an asset from the drop-down list.

  3. Specify the direction: the account in the “From” block and the account in the “Where” block.

  4. Enter the transfer amount and confirm.

  5. Done - the money will appear in the second account, and the transfer will be displayed in the history.
